Teacher Trainings

Barre & Soul 200 hour Yoga teacher training and studies. sept 2019- April 2020

Teacher Training is a journey, very much like a yoga class; it will help uncover your patterns, reveal your internal dialogue, and identify all that stands between you and your higher self. Together, in community, we will study yoga as a practice and lifestyle, while acquiring the necessary skills to teach it. You will learn intelligent sequencing, anatomy and physiology, philosophy, effective language, body reading, and how to hold space for transformation and healing. Our expert faculty of teachers will guide you, and teach you how to guide others, through explorative self work designed for growth and breakthroughs in a safe and sacred environment.

This training is led in Melrose by Jenn Duran; it will give you the tools to take you to the next level as a teacher, student, and human. We will support your growth and hold space for you to move you forward in all aspects of your life.

Info sessions in Melrose on Wednesday August 7th and September 11th at 7:30 pm

boston yoga school seat of the teacher: continuing education. SEpt 2019- Jan 2020

As anyone who has been through a 200-hour teacher training program knows, much of what you learn doesn’t get fully digested. During Seat of the Teacher you will receive a thorough review of the basic concepts of yoga. You will sharpen your ability to weave a class effectively through group and individual study, living like a yoga teacher and cultivating ways to make an impact.

This training is led by Ame Wren, assisted by Jenn Duran and hosted by JP Centre Yoga in Jamaica Plain.
